Cannons

A cannon is an ancient weapon used to destroy ennemies attacking from long distances. the weapon launched different things along the timeline. one of the first inventions of cannons were cannon balls. they were used in ancient boats to destroy one another in a fiery attack. as well as the earth around us evolved, cannons evolved and become stronger and more dangerous. they launched bombs and explosing items which had heavy damage on targets. but in class we'er are creating a similar kind of cannon with a lighter and smaller objects launched.

1-Angle of launch!

I think that a cannon should be angled at a 45 degree angle which is exacly in the middle of 0 and 90 degrees. therefore the launched item will not go really high and not cover much distance nor will it immediatly hit the ground due to gravity.

2- Weight and shape of projectile!!!!

In our experiment, cannons will be fueled with ethanol, which is going to be our main source of energy reactant. but the amount of ethanol isn't enough to throw certain objects to long distances, therefore our projectile should be well shaped for aerodynamics and not too heavy. but also it shouldn't be too light because air friction will cause the projectile to fall.

3- Baffles!!!

To decide the shape of baffles i need i will first have to do some calculations to find the best shape to ensure a combustion. but i should try to make a good shape to retain heat to have efficient baffles.

Magic pen 2

As we all saw the first magic pen, i decided to post another magic pen game. it is a bit harder than the first version of the game, but magic pen 2 is as fun and addictive as the first one. this game represents a fun game but at the same moment a physics game. but most people do not see it that way, they all just use random stuff to get the ball to its destination. but what no one knew is that it is easier when you involve physics in the game to solve your one and only mission, getting the ball to the flags.

If just I was Sir Isaac

If I was Sir Isaac Newton, I would’ve done numerous things. Other than bugging Albert Einstein, I would’ve created multiple inventions that we’re fun and educational so kids won’t have to go to school. I would’ve created time machines, fast sport cars and even high definitional televisions that were better than the ones we have now. I would’ve created one of the greatest inventions and discovered numerous theories to laws. And just for the little gamers out there, I would’ve created the simulator room, which makes you live the game and act it in the same time. I would’ve studied medicine and other degree’s to be the most intelligent, famous and coolest man alive. I’d even create a cure for every sickness, virus and bacteria out there. I’d even create away for people to stay young, age when they want, and live forever and ever. I wouldn’t have sat down under the tree but would have observed the apple while following to still figure out the numerous theories. But that if I was Isaac Newton. I could’ve created all these things but unfortunately I’m just too lazy to study all that stuff and to waste my time under a tree while an apples falls in my head.
